About Katarina Leighton
As a regional business manager I am responsible for the sales, marketing, and overall business operations of SeaSpine/Orthofix biologics, spinal hardware, and motion preservation portfolios within Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). My daily activities include developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives, managing relationships with our distribution partners, and monitoring and reporting sales performance. Within the organization I work with departments such as marketing, regulatory affairs, and customer service to introduce new products into the market and maintain existing sales. What I enjoy most in my role is building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring that the business operates efficiently and effectively.
