Hi I\'m Kat, a Lead Product Designer based in London. I\'m passionate about design people and processes. At my core I\'m a problem solver. I get energised by bringing order to chaos, strategising creative design solutions, and working alongside my team as a hands-on leader.I lead UX teams grounded in human-centered design principles. My goal is to produce design solutions that are intuitive and align with business needs. I thrive in combining my technical skills with my soft skills to identify root cause, leverage UX research to drive design decisions and produce effective solutions, while maintaining communication with business leaders and product teams. My player-coach leadership style combines the traditional tasks of managing a team, like setting priorities and developing others, with the responsibilities of an individual contributor who still produces their own work as a member of the team. I enjoy putting the right processes in place for my designers so they can produce their best work!
