I collaborate deeply across organisations to integrate platforms, leverage shared capabilities, and ensure product data is usable, scalable, and valuable across the ecosystem. A big part of my role is helping teams navigate the shift toward Generative AI. I focus on making AI practical and approachable—guiding engineers through adoption challenges, modernising legacy systems, and using automation to improve velocity while sharpening engineering judgment, not replacing it.As a leader, my philosophy is simple: when teams feel heard, trusted, and supported, outcomes follow. I focus on building inclusive, psychologically safe cultures, encouraging diverse perspectives, supporting career growth through intentional development, and coaching engineers both technically and architecturally.
