Presently, I serve as a member of the leadership team for the Institute for Home Visiting Workforce Development and Jackie Walorski Center for Evidence-Based Case Management. My team supports quality across all project work streams using Human Centered Design strategies. Developed and directed the strategic planning of NCASE, an integrated Early Childhood Training and Technical Assistance System of six national centers working on behalf of the Administration for Children and Families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Oversaw coordination of resources and product development to successfully meet project goals. Created functional strategies and specific objectives to produce budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure of the overall project.
