I head cross-functional teams within the wellness space while overseeing all operations. Lead team of employees during a Global Pandemic. My role lies heavily in building a community both online and onsite that prioritizes superior product standards. I spearhead wellness programs, vendor products, staff coordination, scheduling of complex training and generating new and creative incentives for existing and future clients. Goals are measured and maintained based on key performance indicators such as client retention, new subscriptions and sales.
