I’ve proudly been a brand ambassador for adidas for the past eight years, representing the Three Stripes through movement, hosting, media, and storytelling. My role mixes community connection, content creation, and live events, from leading wellness activations and contributing to digital campaigns to partnering on projects that align with my values around intentional movement, women in sport, and conscious leadership. Hello! I’m a seasoned multimedia host, moderator, and movement coach with a career at the crossroads of sports, entertainment, and culture. Currently, I serve as the in-game host for the Vancouver Canucks and the Game Day Director for the Vancouver Bandits, roles that allow me to bring my creativity and real connection to every live moment I help shape. After over a decade alongside the Toronto Raptors, multiple NBA All-Star Weekends, and most recently the JUNO Awards, I’ve built a reputation for elevating voices and adding clarity and edge to conversations that matter. I’ve had the privilege of working with some great teams and leagues including the NBA, NHL, MLS, NLL, PWHL, and NBA Canada and events such as the Laver Cup. I\'ve also shared my voice with brands such as adidas, Footlocker, Mastercard and Coca-Cola to name a few. Whether I’m show-calling, moderating a panel, or leading a movement session, my focus is always the same; to amplify voices and inspire action while bringing a little light to people\'s days. I love challenging the status quo and creating space where strategy meets soul. In addition, I also work as a digital creator and brand partner, sharing content that blends wellness, storytelling, and lifestyle in an intentional way. I’m proud to collaborate with brands aligned with my values and voice, both on and off the screen. I’m deeply passionate about championing conversations that spotlight how women are shifting the game in sports, while also exploring human evolution through storytelling, shared experience, and conscious leadership. I believe in using my own journey to help others navigate this crazy little thing called life, with courage and authenticity.
