ABOUT KAT RONALDSON

With over 8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, I am passionate about finding and hiring the best professionals for ADEO Global Consulting Limited, a leading post IR35 resourcing solutions provider. As a Senior Internal Recruitment Consultant, I oversee the expansion of new and current departments within the group, focusing on the Pre-Contract/Planning/Risk disciplines. I am motivated by ADEO\'s mission to deliver simple, flexible, and reliable resourcing services to main contractors and consultancies in the industry. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and I am working on a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Sciences and have a strong interest in health sciences and biology. In my current role, I have made several senior appointments within the group, ensuring that we meet our growth expectations and client demand. I use my skills in new business development, negotiation, communication, and relationship building to source, attract, and engage qualified candidates for various roles. I also manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening and interviewing to contract negotiation and onboarding. I collaborate with the senior management and the hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations, and to provide feedback and support throughout the hiring cycle. I am proud of the impact that I have made on ADEO\'s talent pool and culture, and I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow as a professional.
