   Provide day-to-day support to Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) and study team on five international Phase 2 oncology studies.• Support global feasibility under leadership of CTM and Medical Monitor• Support sites and Clinical Research Associates with site study supply distribution• Distribute study updates and correspondence to Sponsor, sites, and Medpace project team• Provide oversight of electronic Trial Master File (TMF), including management and coordination of required TMF quality reviews • Schedule project team meetings (internal and external) and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and action items to all team members, Sponsor, and vendors• Prepare presentation materials for meetings, under the direction of the CTM, such as the Kick-Off meeting, Investigator meeting, and any other face-to-face Sponsor meetings• Maintain close collaboration, interaction, and effective working relationships with Medpace and Sponsor project team members• Set up and maintain project-specific ClinTrak modules• Train new Project Coordinator and Associate Clinical Trial Manager study team members
