I have extensive experience in the field of clinical negligence, representing Claimants who have suffered significant injuries following sub-standard medical treatment. I have a particular interest in cases arising out of injuries sustained during or soon after birth. I am also experienced at representing families at inquest, both where the death has occurred as a result of clinical negligence and where it has occurred as a result of something unrelated but notifiable to the Coroner in any event. I am an accredited member of the APIL Clinical Negligence Panel, and an APIL Senior Litigator.
