Analyst at Overton, a start up which hosts the world\'s largest online database of policy documents and related bibliometric data. Currently a specialist in public policy data and impact analysis, working consultatively with users and internal teams to leverage cutting edge research and technical approaches to enhance the transparency of public policy. Working with a broad spectrum of policy actors from across the landscape.Responsible for data quality, maintenance and classification. Designing new taxonomic systems and catloguing protocols, liasing with technical, commercial and product teams as appropriate to implement novel solutions for user requirements.Previously worked on data architecture for the ARI database, transforming source data into an online, searchable format, from ideation and scoping through to delivery, improvements and ongoing maintenance.Background prior to this was within knowledge brokerage, policy engagement and research development. Former Project Coordinator on a a £10 million grant funded, multi-university collaborative project looking at \'what works\' in facilitating academic-policy engagement to deliver public policy which was stronger and more effective.Certified PRINCE2 Project Manager and Doctoral candidate in UK-based freshwater management and public policy, driven by a passion for continuous learning and evidence-based advocacy. Previously served as a Trustee for Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust.
