I own and operate Muddy\'s Bake Shop, a homestyle American bakery in Memphis, TN. We continually strive for excellence in our baked goods with an emphasis on an environment of learning and service on our team. I spend my time building community both within and outside of our walls by connecting the dots between mission, vision, strategy, and tactics; developing & supporting our leadership team; and training both internal and external groups.

   Muddy\'s Bake Shop is a Southern, homestyle bakery that serves from-scratch, totally delicious, make you go cakes, cupcakes, pies, cookies, brownies, etc. We are committed to the Memphis community and strive to make a positive impact in everything we do, big or small. In 2020, I consolidated the 3 locations into one unified campus in the Broad Ave Arts District- the home to our baking kitchen since 2012. In addition to our amazing kitchen, we have a walk-in bakery shop and a teaching kitchen/events space next door. We teach baking classes for home bakers, host parties, and put on demos. We also share the \"secret recipes\" of our success in leadership & business development classes for individuals and private teams.
