Lineage Logistics is the world’s most innovative provider of temperature-controlled supply chain and logistics solutions. As the TA Manager I own the delivery of all recruiting processes and am responsible for both operational and professional recruitment in our European region. The teams aim is to attract right fit candidates and support the business to convert those candidates into employees. We do this by providing a great candidate and hiring manager experience; whilst always demonstrating commercial value by elevating all stakeholders by making the recruiting process better. We also do this with the idea the teams way of working will need to significantly scale up over time and expand to new countries. The TA team currently covers recruitment in United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Denmark & Norway.Much of the teams hiring is for operational positions such as forklift truck drivers, Warehouse Managers and warehouse operatives; but with significant expansion and acquisitions of companies in new territories’ we are currently hiring a number of senior and professional roles in Legal, HR, IT, Finance and Business Development in various European countries. The numbers vary; but the team currently recruits approx. employees annually with 80% of these generally within operational positions.We are part of a matrix organisation and I manage a team based in UK, France and Netherlands. As we are a relatively new in-house team a large part of my role is to build relationships across the company to harmonize and push change where needed. I also personally own and deliver business critical roles; helping us to avoid unnecessary agency spend – for example managing recruitment for HR, Senior Managers or Finance. Lineage is a growing company and its likely we will continue to acquire new companies in new regions in the future so always looking for great Recruiters to join the team.
