Collaborate with students, staff, partners, and leaders across the organization to advise senior leadership in how to mobilize staff and resources to fulfill the commitments of the District\'s Climate Crisis Response, Climate Justice and Sustainable Practices Policy. Set Climate Crisis Policy KPIs, Develop and implement processes and programs for monitoring progress on implementation of strategies to reach policy goals and objectives. Develop strategic implementation programs and proposals for advancing more equitable student education, leadership, and advocacy. Manage the District Student Council and Climate Justice Youth Advisory, facilitate the Board of Education Climate Crisis Response Committee, and lead the Climate Crisis Staff Advisory Group, in addition to providing general support and serving as a resource for the community on the organization\'s climate action plans.Connect the goals focused on operational sustainability and reducing greenhouse gas emissions with social impact goals of depending efficacy and resilience for our most underserved communities. Represent the District in intergovernmental advocacy and interagency partnerships.
