I am an experienced team leader and creator of process logistics while operating in fast-paced environments. Superior capacity of designing, communicating, and executing new projects and processes to team members. Currently I have received an exciting opportunity to integrate my operations strategies and virtual training experiences to be a part of a new hire development training department. My team will be spearheading a virtual instructor led approach that will combine classroom learning, online modules, and hands on production to promote a structured stable training experience. Recently, I led and created the structure for a new company program that is focused on expanding the skills and talents of financial representatives by lending a helping hand that impacts their state and region in customer service and account growth. The program includes cross training with other department processes, clear communication standards, and best practices influence. My career began with my time at Oklahoma City Civic Center, where I progressed through various performance arts operational roles learning how they weave together to create the overall experience for the patron, performers, and crews. During this time I was completing my degree from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Science focused in Arts and Entertainment operations. It was my time at Jackson Hole Center for the Arts that I discovered my knack for new hire training, customer service, and project management. The leadership, board of directors, and coworkers nurtured my development and talent for customer service team training, defined for both team and patrons with clear policy, process guides, and communication structure. Beyond the professional industry, I use my talents as the Brand Manager of Drinks With Alex Lopez, LLC. Accessible wine and spirits education for industry, connoisseurs, and curious minds, across various platforms within traditional and social media.
