ABOUT KASTEN COLVIN
As an HR Business Partner at Columbia Orthopaedic Group, I support the strategic and operational objectives of the organization, while pursuing my dual master\'s degree in health administration and business administration at the University of Missouri. I joined the group in July 2023, after completing a 12-week administrative internship that enabled me to apply my academic knowledge and skills to real-world scenarios.With five years of clinical and clerical experience in the healthcare sector, I have developed strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a wide range of healthcare and business knowledge. I am proficient in using Cerner software and Microsoft programs, and I have obtained my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. I am also working toward my Project Management Professional certification, as I enjoy fast-paced working environments that challenge me and offer me continuous learning opportunities.
