For me, agriculture is all about overcoming challenges on a daily basis. It doesn\'t matter if I have the best climate control or the most effective pest control strategy; it won\'t take long until I am faced with some sort of issue that forces me to think about innovative solutions. And that is ADDICTIVE, to the point that when nothing exciting is happening, well. it is probably time to chart new paths.Growing is an art, a dynamic profession that REQUIRES innovation and ingenuity because the problems are exceptionally creative and nature does not like to play around!I have seen many people coming into the horticulture industry, and most of the time, they are struck by the realization that our work transcends the confines of the traditional 7-to-5 or around-the-clock routines. We operate on an accomplishment-based work routine, you are going to have times when you simply can\'t stop until you reach the target.I don\'t claim to be an extraordinary grower. What defines me is an insatiable curiosity paired with unrelenting hard work. These qualities have proven to be a potent combination.
