By leading a team of dedicated professionals in the area of compensation and benefits I am able to directly impact ICL’s employees and ICL\'s businesses in North and South America. We utilize ICL’s global Job Architecture and pay structure to analyze compensation data within the Americas and evaluates job positions to determine classification and appropriate compensation packages. We also administer employee insurance, pension and savings plans working with brokers, plan carriers and local management within the countries of the region.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and administer salary classification and compensation programs according to a global system • Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits to ensure internal and external equity • Oversee competitive analysis, merit/promotional increases and salary structure • Manage and administer the regional annual Comp Cycle (Base, STI & LTI) process • Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments • Forecast budget for salary increases • Administer and manage employee insurance plans • Oversee pension and savings plans • Advise on salary increase requests • Provides guidance for the negotiation of collective agreements in the Americas • Ensures payroll is processed correctly and timely in all locations in the region • Advise employees on state and federal employment regulations, benefits, compensation and classification programs
