Kassidy Krystek is a seasoned communications strategist, storyteller, and founder of Third House North, a boutique consultancy specializing in reputation management, earned media, brand storytelling and high-impact communications strategy.A proud Las Vegas native, Kassidy’s deep connection to her hometown informs everything she builds, from high-stakes campaigns to community-rooted initiatives. She was named one of Ragan Communications and PR Daily’s Top Women in Communications, Rising Star, Class of 2025, recognized for shaping narratives that move culture, inspire trust, and create meaningful visibility for brands and leaders alike.Since launching her consulting business in 2025, Kassidy has advised a growing roster of clients on how to lead with clarity, creativity, and resonance in an ever-evolving media landscape. Her work is defined by her ability to translate complex ideas into compelling stories that land with impact.Before entrepreneurship, she served as Director of Public Relations and Communications at Resorts World Las Vegas, where she led strategy during the property’s early brand-building years. From large-scale cultural campaigns to high-profile crisis response, she helped establish the resort as a major media and partnership player on the Strip. Her earlier experience includes agency roles, FinTech marketing, social media strategy, and production.Kassidy’s leadership journey also includes a pivotal chapter in South Carolina, where she attended the University of South Carolina and co-founded a nonprofit artist collective. There, she helped produce community-driven performing arts events, offered free dance classes to Columbia locals, and led communications efforts for the organization, fusing her creative spirit with hands-on entrepreneurial grit.Her career has been shaped by the pulse of the Las Vegas Strip and the grassroots creativity of the South, a blend that gives her messaging both polish and soul.Outside of work, Kassidy is a trained dancer and remains active in the Las Vegas performing arts scene, where she finds creative fuel and connection.
