My journey in the sports industry has been fueled by my experience as an athlete witnessing how sports have the power to build character and unite communities.Over the past decade working in Olympic and youth sports, I\'ve consistently driven organizational transformation and revenue growth through innovative marketing and commercial strategies, sport performance, business operations and grassroots programs. At USA Volleyball, I led initiatives that increased commercial revenue by $2.5 million from 20••••24, securing partnerships with major brands and optimizing existing sponsor relationships with in new commercial revenue in 2024 alone.I successfully led USA Volleyball through a complete marketing and digital media transformation, built a brand architecture, launched a youth program campaign with over participants, and led marketing plans for sold-out events with over fans in attendance. I\'ve worked across departments to implement data infrastructure, develop robust project plans and negotiate multi-million dollar contracts.I spearheaded successful campaigns for two Olympic & Paralympic Games, significantly enhancing USA Volleyball\'s brand visibility and fan engagement with over 72 billion editorial impressions at the Paris 2024 Olympic & Paralympic Games. I led and orchestrated USA Volleyball\'s Managing Victory medal celebration press tour for the U.S. Olympic volleyball teams with appearances at the NYSE, The Today Show, NBC News, NASDAQ and Access Hollywood.My expertise in navigating the Olympic sports ecosystem has been instrumental in cultivating relationships with key stakeholders including corporate sponsors, board members, media partners, national governing bodies, international federations and regional associations, ensuring alignment between commercial goals and sport development objectives.Equally as comfortable in a corporate board room as I am in a warehouse or a gym, I\'m not afraid to roll up my sleeves, pitch in and get things done.
