I have over eight years of experience as a medical recruiter and manager, and I have successfully sourced, recruited, screened, interviewed, and hired candidates for both internal and external clients. I also design and implement talent strategies, partner with vendors and media, manage contract labor and staffing models, and coordinate new hire documentation and follow-up. My mission is to provide high-quality and efficient staffing solutions that meet the expectations and goals of both candidates and clients.

   As a Medical Recruiter I am responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, testing, and interviewing candidates for all medical positions. Candidates will be sourced/selected from both internal and external source channels such as, but not limited to, employee referrals, Indeed, LinkedIn, Craigslist, Monster, and Career Builder. I am responsible for research and development of ads for positions generated by the medical sales team. Also, scheduling interviews, generating appropriate correspondence, coordination of new hire documentation including drug testing, background checks, reference checks, etc. I am also responsible for follow-up correspondence with candidates, employees and clients regarding absences, employment issues, terminations, resignations, etc. I assist Trinity HR with any investigations or issues regarding medical employees.
