ABOUT KASSANDRA WAGNER

I am passionate about providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to help businesses gain the competitive edge they need to grow and thrive. My career spans global CPG brands, entrepreneurial startups, and college-level applied research with a focus on bringing innovative products to market and driving meaningful impact in the health and wellness space.With a background in nutrition, food science, innovation, and scientific communications, I bring end-to-end experience across the product life cycle. I have worked from concept through commercialization, overseeing regulatory affairs for major brands such as McCain and Vega, as well as private label and startups. This includes expertise in labelling and compliance (FDA, FTC, DSHEA, USDA, CFIA, NNHPD) along with certification programs and regulatory frameworks such as Informed Choice, Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Organic.Teaching is another passion of mine. In the past, I have been a part-time faculty member, where I taught courses in business communication, business case analysis, and sports nutrition. I am committed to continuous learning and growth, both professionally and personally. Whether experimenting in the kitchen, exploring the outdoors, or pursuing new skills, I enjoy discovering something new every day. In recent years, I have completed studies in baking art and culinary arts, project management, and marketing.
