   Established and implemented a new process for ILI validation. Identified trends of overcalls and under calls, communicated with ILI vendors to identify opportunities for ILI performance improvement-Lead a multi-year ILI validation continuous improvement initiative-Team lead for ILI Validation Improvements. The team consists of 5 members, creating processes to meet regulatory requirements pertaining to ILI validation-Performed technical assessments of Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) data to identify corrosion features and deformations that posed immediate threats to the pipeline-Performed technical assessments of Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer (EMAT) data to identify Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC) that pose threat to the pipeline-Team lead for Special Permits. The team includes 10 members, providing direction on interpretation of regulatory conditions and assessment of ILI data. Delegated the analysis workload between team members. Managed the program to ensure ILIs are executed and repairs are scheduled. Fostered a collaborative team environment for individual and team development-Utilized Monte Carlo and PSQR simulations to optimize corrosion growth forecasting and pipeline repair schedules-Interpreted industry regulations such as CFR 192, API 1163, ASME B31, and NACE SP0102 to facilitate integrity decisions-Created run acceptance matrix which optimized the ILI data quality review process-Prepared detailed excavation information for Integrity Field Services team to support safe excavation pressure calculations; proposed mitigation measures such as pressure reductions, pipeline coating replacements, pressure containment sleeves, and pipeline replacements-Facilitated meetings with subject matter experts to determine if further engineering assessments or additional mitigative measures were required.
