In my role as Director of Human Resources, I am responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and strategic direction of the HR function—ensuring alignment, compliance, and effectiveness of policies and processes across both the local site and broader U.S. operations.My expertise spans all core areas of human resources, including talent acquisition and retention, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, safety and workers\' compensation, and organizational transitions. I collaborate closely with leadership and employees to foster a culture of engagement, innovation, and accountability that reflects Panariagroup’s values and long-term goals.I also lead and contribute to a wide range of cross-functional HR initiatives, including manufacturing process improvements, new business development, and immigration support.
