I work as a Fractional Head of Analytics for small leadership teams who need decision-ready insights but don’t want to hire a full-time analytics leader.In my full-time role, I’m a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, where I work in a highly regulated environment supporting data-driven strategic decision-making.
