About Kasper Madsen
I lead digital projects of any size from inception through implementation, with a practical mindset and a focus on effective collaboration and business value. My background spans both agency work and corporate in-house roles, and I\'m comfortable balancing budgets, outcomes, and real-world constraints on either side of the fence. I cut my teeth in product information management and ecommerce as well as digital-transformation programs, managing projects for both B2C and B2B organizations across a variety of industries. I have a ton of experience managing teams both small, nimble and on-site, as well as large and distributed across the world from my roles based in both Scandinavia and the US. A central part of what I bring to each engagement is structure: clear processes, thoughtful communication and a mentality of servant leadership that lets designers design, engineers build, and executives see results. I’ve applied that approach to both off-the-shelf platform implementations and bespoke software builds, always keeping an eye on detail, risk, and stakeholder alignment from both technical and business perspectives. More recently - in the age of AI - I\'m focused on the tangible, practical application of artificial intelligence as a tool within the teams I manage. If a project needs a steady hand, effective communication, and a well-tested, efficient playbook that supports teams in doing their best work, that’s where I add the most value.
