ABOUT KASPARAS A.

I am a dedicated Level 2 BTEC Engineering student at Tamworth College with a strong interest in motorsports and the automotive industry. Through a range of work experiences, I have developed valuable technical, practical, and customer-focused skills that continue to shape my career ambitions.My first experience in the industry began during secondary school, where I completed 40 hours of work experience at Volkswagen’s Johnsons Dealership in Ventura Park, Tamworth. During this time, I gained insight into how a professional dealership operates, including parts and services, finance, and the responsibilities of a salesperson.After leaving secondary school in June 2025, I began working at ROM Motors, where I assisted with car cleaning and valeting. This role taught me the importance of ambition, patience, and attention to detail. I later completed my college work-experience placement at ROM Motors as a mechanic, gaining hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining vehicles.In addition, I have seasonal work experience at the SnowDome as a Winter Wonderland Assistant. This role strengthened my customer-service skills and taught me how to work effectively as part of a team.Outside of education and work, I am passionate about fitness and spend much of my spare time in the gym, focusing on improving both my physical and mental wellbeing.
