In this role, I lead Learning & Development functions for all of Pegasus Residential. This includes the following: • I handle almost all Instructional Design functions of L&D. • Creating, maintaining, and ensuring alignment for the vision and strategy of Organizational Learning and Development. • Overseeing the robust Leader Development Program. This includes content and other logistics for 2 annual Summits and 1 annual Conference, partnering with WildSparq for monthly leadership training, and maintaining an executive Coach program. • Partnering with Ellis to provide Secret Shops for our on-site teams. • Maintaining our extensive compliance and role-based programs in our LMS, GROW. • Overseeing the month-long Property Manager Technical Training Onboarding program. • Handling and providing great service to incoming ticket requests through FreshService. • Partnering with Business Services for rollouts of new processes and programs. • Maintaining L&D’s various SOPs. • Leading and coaching a small, but mighty, team. • Assisting with tech-needs especially for live webinars and events.
