1.Receivables from Insurance and TPAs and manage financial transactions. 2.Monitoring the payment status, sending reminders to the insurance company for overdue payments, and taking necessary actions to recover the outstanding amount.3.Analysing the effectiveness of existing strategies, and making necessary adjustments to improve collections.4.Establish effective policies and procedures for collecting outstanding debts from Govt Schemes. 5.Maintaining accurate financial records, identifying delinquent accounts, and taking necessary actions to recover outstanding debts. 6.Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly business reports and submitting them to top management about the performance of the insurance program. 7.Reviewing all collection and credit reports and statements, working in accordance with the organization\'s standards, practices, and policies.8.Using the latest trends and policies to establish credit limitation stature.9.Coordinate with insurance companies and corporates to understand their needs and requirements and negotiate terms that are beneficial for both parties.10.Ensuring well-mannered communications between all India TPA and Insurance Companies is important to maintain a good relationship between the parties involved. 11.Monitoring the rejected claims and resubmitting them for payment is important to ensure that legitimate claims are not denied due to technical errors or quires submission.12.Reviewing the reasons for rejection, rectifying the errors, and resubmitting the claims for payment.
