I am Kasie, an experienced legal practitioner with over 6 years of dedicated service and a comprehensive understanding of the professional practice of law. Throughout my career, I have worked on a diverse range of legal matters and developed expertise in multiple practice areas. Currently, I am seeking new opportunities as a Senior Legal Associate, where I can continue providing high-quality legal services and building strong client relationships. Also, I am currently a Nursing Honors Candidate attending the Washburn University School of Nursing. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. My expertise in commercial law involves advising clients on various transactional matters, such as negotiating and drafting contracts, conducting due diligence, and offering advice on corporate matters. I possess the skills necessary to handle complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and have helped clients achieve their business objectives. In addition, I possess extensive experience in litigation, representing clients in various matters including breach of contract, employment disputes, and commercial disputes. My litigation background has honed my skills in legal research, case strategy, and negotiation. Aside from my legal work, I am deeply committed to pro bono work and community service. I have volunteered with multiple legal aid organizations, providing pro bono legal services to low-income clients. I strongly believe that everyone should have access to justice, and I am passionate about using my legal expertise to assist those in need. My education includes a DIP.LAW, LL.B, and B.L from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka and Nigerian Law School Abuja, respectively. I am licensed to practice law in Nigeria and an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association. I am dedicated to ongoing professional development and keeping myself informed on the latest legal developments and trends.
