Currently, I am working as a Senior Engineer in the Production Department at Adani Cement Limited, Farakka, where I am responsible for the operation and process optimization of two grinding mills — a Ball Mill and a Vertical Roller Mill (VRM). My role involves ensuring smooth plant operations, maintaining process efficiency, and monitoring quality parameters to achieve consistent product standards and operational excellence.Additionally, I coordinate with field and maintenance teams to achieve production targets while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
