Lead end-to-end development, configuration and optimisation of Liquidlogic systems (LCS, EHM, LAS, Groupwork, EHCP, Portals) across Children’s, Early Help and Adults Social Care.Design and build forms, workflows, workspaces and core logic to meet operational, statutory and reporting requirements.Manage the full change lifecycle, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, configuration, UAT, go-live and documentation.Coordinate roadmap/upgrade testing, identify defects and work directly with System C engineers to ensure stability and performance.Build strong working relationships with System C and Access Group, managing JIRAs, change requests and escalations.Lead governance processes including the Liquidlogic Change Board, change control, access management and data quality frameworks.Work closely with Business Intelligence to align system design with statutory returns, KPIs and data warehouse requirements.Diagnose system issues, analyse data patterns and provide evidence-based solutions to improve data quality and reduce user error.Deliver cross-service improvement projects to streamline workflows, reduce duplication and support better recording for practitioners and managers.Support Ofsted and audit readiness through data quality improvements and enhancements to statutory recording pathways.Provide system demonstrations, training, guidance and floorwalking for end-users at all levels.Represent Rutland CC at regional System C user groups and collaborate with other LAs on shared developments.Ensure all changes comply with legislation, practice standards and information governance.Balance multiple workstreams, managing priorities and delivering both operational and strategic improvements.Serve as the primary point of contact for system queries, technical issues and solution design across the organisation.
