About Kasia Curry

My mission - healthier, happier, and safer communities. My role - create the healthier workplace. Working adults spend at least 1/3 of their time at work and exposed to various hazards - i.e. physical mental, social (psychosocial hazards). I seek to design an environment and culture that empowers each person to feel they are safe and be at their best. As employers, we have the ability (some say responsibility) to provide to tools and resources for employees. With an innovative and integrated approach through benefit design, strategic wellbeing programs, community partnerships and strong leadership we can deliver a workplace where employees thrive. 🤝Leverage my 20+ years of experience and refined competencies in employee benefits and design, global implementation, wellbeing strategy, mental health and substance abuse, and community relations I support organizations to achieve this change.

   Driving a people centric global benefit program strategy that supports organizational objectives and ensuring compliance across multiple is not an easy feat, but I accepted the challenge. Partnering with regional business leadership, HR partners, HSE and the Wellbeing Leader to integrate not only the business goals, but the localized culture and employee voice is needed to design and deliver this inclusive model. Employees that are supporting through benefits that meet their work and life needs, perform better, stay longer with their employees and exhibit overall better wellbeing.
