   At Oracle, I lead the UX work for the Communications Monetization products. My responsibilities span crafting design strategies, driving product design alignment with Redwood UX guidelines, and delivering intuitive, emotionally intelligent user journeys. I work closely with cross-functional teams, translating business goals.Since this is a SaaS product, my UX strategies are closely aligned with the engineering release plan, following an iterative approach that allows us to continuously act on feedback and usability issues while maintaining consistency, accessibility, and technical feasibility across complex enterprise workflows.
