Maintenance of boilers with team: Tube cleaning, refractory layup, descaling (cleaning), dismantling of gas train, manhole cleaning, and boiler assembly• Operate and monitor boiler and glycol-based high-temperature heating systems for asphalt production.• Heat and maintain asphalt emulsions in storage tanks using boiler systems.• Conduct chemical testing and system readings to ensure safe and efficient boiler and glycol unit performance.• Maintain plant safety during independent night shifts by performing regular plant rounds and equipment checks.• Safe transfer of Asphalt products from tanks to trucks and railcar; vice versa.f
