I am a multi-location owner based in Saskatoon with a strong focus on building well-run businesses, dependable teams, and long-term relationships within the communities I serve.I currently operate multiple OPA! of Greece locations across the city. My role is hands-on, with a focus on both day-to-day leadership and long-term direction. I spend much of my time working alongside my management teams to foster positive work environments, support leadership development, and ensure each location delivers a consistent and welcoming customer experience. I place a high value on doing things the right way, with an emphasis on consistency, accountability, and thoughtful decision-making.People are central to how I approach business. I believe strong culture and clear expectations go hand in hand, and I am intentional about creating environments where teams feel supported, trusted, and motivated to grow. At the same time, I focus on building sustainable systems that allow the business to scale without losing its standards or values.Community involvement is an important part of my work as a business owner. I am actively engaged in local partnerships, collaborations, and community initiatives, and I believe businesses are strongest when they remain connected to the people and organizations around them. Giving back and contributing locally is not separate from the business for me, but a responsibility that comes with it.I enjoy connecting with other business owners, operators, and professionals who value long-term thinking, collaboration, and integrity.
