Global HR Strategy Professional with CIPD Level 7 accreditation, and open to learning and upskilling myself. I am intellectually curious and confident with distinguished management & leadership skills. A hard-working individual with diverse experience in human resources, research, applied psychology and the public relations industry. My time at university and as an intern with several reputed organizations has enabled me to gain great interpersonal skills and the ability to analyze information quickly to make robust decisions. These skills have enabled me to become more confident to take up new challenges in a new working environment.Passionate, solution-oriented and ambitious are the adjectives that best describe me. I believe several roles I played leading various teams have polished my natural leadership skills and strengthened my Pro-Social skills. Strong female figures have always surrounded me and have played a vital role in shaping me as the curious, well-read and compassionate individual I am.I am a highly effective communicator and have a proven ability to build relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders. I am also a strategic thinker and am able to develop and implement creative solutions to HR challenges while partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. I am also gaining more experience in a variety of HR areas, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
