Care Health Insurance Limited is 2nd top health Insurance Company in India. I qualify as Company Secretary at the age of 21. I have completed graduation from Delhi University with 1st division and awarded for Delhi University Topper. During my Internship, I got exposure of practical conducting Board Meeting, committee meeting and General meeting as well compliance of IRDAI. Filing of various forms and other legal matters in corporate. Experienced intern under practising company secretary, during internship I was handle work as Company Incorporation, LLP Incoporation, annual filing of Company and LLP, AGM Extension, Name change and registered office change of Company, complainces after Incoporation, appointment and resignation of directors including nominee directors simultaneously having knowledge to handle various corporate compliances.
