I’m an Advocate practicing before the Intellectual Property Division of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court as well as the Trade Marks Registry, with over 3 years of experience. During this time, I’ve worked extensively on protecting and enforcing some of India’s most well-known and reputed brands.My core areas of practice include intellectual property litigation—with a strong focus on trademark, copyright, and design matters—as well as arbitration, and ordinary civil suits involving partition, recovery, and declarations. I also handle criminal matters, including proceedings under Section 138 of the NI Act and quashment petitions before the Hon’ble High Court.I have successfully represented companies such as Haldiram, Bata India Pvt. Ltd, Vi-John Healthcare Division, Bonn Nutrients, and Walko Food Company Pvt.
