About Kashish Sangani
I am currently pursuing an MBA with a dual specialization in Human Resources and Marketing. After completing my 10th grade, I chose the commerce stream to align with my growing interest in business and management. I further pursued a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) with a specialization in Human Resource Management to deepen my understanding of HR practices. To gain practical experience, I completed a two-month internship where I handled both administrative and HR responsibilities, including managing the company\'s Indeed profile, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, overseeing the recruitment process, and explaining company policies to new hires. Through this experience, I developed a strong passion for understanding, managing, and motivating people, which inspired me to pursue an MBA in HR and Marketing to further enhance my skills in these areas.
