ABOUT KASHISH KUMARI
I’m a History Honours student who doesn’t just study society, I work inside it. My academic training has sharpened my ability to analyze power, policy, and social structures, while my on-ground experience with NGOs has taught me how change actually happens.I’ve worked closely with children through grassroots initiatives, designing and delivering learning experiences that focus on awareness, confidence, and basic social responsibility. Teaching kids motivated me to develop real leadership skills communication, patience, problem-solving, and accountability because if you can’t hold the attention of a room full of children, you’re not leading anyone.My interests lie at the intersection of youth leadership, public policy, social impact, and nation-building. I’m particularly drawn to spaces where research, community engagement, and policy thinking meet. I value clarity over jargon, action over performative activism, and discipline over empty ambition.Currently building experience, skills, and networks that actually matter. Open to opportunities in social impact, policy research, youth-led initiatives, and development-focused organizations.
