About Kashish Jain

I am an alumni of University of Wisconsin- Madison in which I pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Public Policy and graduated in May 2022. I will be joining Ernst & Young in October 2022 in their Atlanta office for a Technology Consulting role. In the future, I aspire to combine my passions of problem-solving, technology, and social impact work into a niche area of social sector & non-profit consulting. I ultimately want to land in the world of policy & politics as an elected representative to create positive change in this country! Apart from academics, I feel that I have a moral responsibility to advocate for human rights. I founded the Amnesty International chapter at UW-Madison to allow students an outlet for human rights advocacy. Being from an immigrant family myself, it is important to me to use my voice to help others in various political and social issues. Being a leader in these situations comes naturally to me as I have a fairly extroverted personality! Through this interest, it has developed into a passion I hope to see in my professional career and personal life. When I\'m not trying to save the world, I love to dance, cook, listen to old music, and spend time with my friends and family. I have a lot of activities I enjoy, but I find the busy life to be suited for me. Free time is nice, but only so far as you can occupy it doing something productive or something you love!
