IT at Global Level at APAC, ANZ, Europe, Latin and North America.Prepared 3 years road map and thus initiated multiple Projects in IT and OT for Optimization of People, Processes and Technology including Tools.Initiated Agenetic AI Project - Identified 10 use cases in IT Infra with 3 Partners on different tools and methodologies and initiated the POC for the same. KPI\'s for measuring the success criteria are identified. Initiated and Implemented Smart Logistics projects using IIOT in 3 Mfg. units for end to end tracking of trucks to provide complete transperancy, quick decision making to save the cost. This project will be horizontally deployed in all units in India and globally.Evaluated multiple global Partners to for IT Infra Managed Services at Global level based on Stringent XLA to consolidate multiple Infra tools, 35 Consultants and 3 Partners into single partner.This project has been successfully completed in record time to save the cost for the organisation and to enhance customers satisfaction.Multiple other Projects are initiated in IT Infrastructure and Mfg.
