Team handling involves managing a counselors team (Including WFH) presales/lead verification and signup team.• Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports.• Maintaining daily attendance and monthly Incentives of the team.• Taking standup meetings with the full team every day in the morning and evening to project the day and discuss overachieving at the EOD.• Assigning data for calling to the full team throughout the day as needed after sorting from the CRM software of Paid campaigns, Webinar, IELTS Material, IVR, Zoho Chat, and old data for churning.• During my time in this role, I\'ve worked with multiple calling software (Intalk, Ameyo, dialshree & Ozontal) and LMS to CRM systems.• Training the new joiners for presales about studying abroad vertical in various countries, including the UK, US, Canada, Germany, and others & also helping them with the joining onboarding formalities, obtaining IT Assets, Sim cards & headphones.• Handling important follow-up calls & counseling on walking. • Coordination between Presales and Support team (HR, IT & Administration)• Quality check - Input Matrix, Weekly Performance, Monthly performance, Call recording observation’s feedback to team in respective to maintain quality.• Identifying the most deserving candidate to recommend for promotion, which helps simultaneously retention of employees. • Provide formal oral and written feedback to the pre-sales team on a day-to-day basis.• Monitoring the development activities for the team towards their targets and daily challenges.• Identify areas of development for each team member and work with each to define and execute a tailored learning plan. Helping the team at any point of time, day and night. So that they can achieve their targets and become confident.• Foster an atmosphere of continuous learning and improvement.• 13+ years working in complex business models that have successfully delivered solutions to management.
