ABOUT KASHFIA KABA SHEJUTI
I have currently completed the International Master’s in Security, Intelligence & Strategic Studies fully funded by Erasmus Mundus Scholarship from University of Glasgow, Dublin City University and Charles University in Prague, awarded with Distinction. I am confident in intelligence analysis, development project proposals, OSINT, and security research. I’m a mixed-methods researcher who translates complex data into clear, decision-ready insights. Over the past 3+ years, I’ve delivered evidence for government and non-profit stakeholders, running surveys, moderating interviews and focus groups, cleaning and analysing datasets in SPSS/R, and visualising results to inform strategy and risk reduction. At CRI in Dhaka, I helped produce 24+ research outputs drawing on data from 200+ youth networks and led a year-long demand-mapping study that I presented to policymakers. My toolkit spans quantitative (survey design, cross-tabs, significance testing), qualitative (IDIs, KIIs, FGDs, thematic coding), and desk/competitive research. I’m comfortable building data pipelines in Excel/R, data visualisation tools such as Gephi, crafting clear narratives, and aligning findings to actionable insights and policy or programme evaluation. I’m based in Glasgow and open to relocation. If you’re looking for someone who can design the research, run the numbers, and tell the story, let’s talk.
