ABOUT KASHFI KHANAM
As an Urban Planner and Architect, I work to make an impact by guiding urban development towards people-oriented, climate-informed and equitable cities. I believe that urban planning and design when reinforced through these aspects, are responsible for creating livable cities. With a Master\'s degree in Urban Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, AKTU Lucknow, I have a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of urban planning and design. I have also gained valuable skills and experience in TOD, master planning, road safety, FSSM management, mobility solutions, architecture, and urban design, through my profession, internships and certifications. I am passionate about researching and implementing innovative solutions for urban challenges, such as improving public transport, promoting walkability and cycling; and planning climate-informed cities.
