With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, I am the Chief Information Officer at Balfour Beatty Construction, one of the largest and most respected contractors in the UK. As the CIO, I oversee the strategic direction and operational delivery of technology and innovation across the business, ensuring that we leverage the latest tools and solutions to enhance our performance, quality, and sustainability. I am passionate about project planning, procurement, and contract management, and I have successfully implemented multiple systems and processes that have improved our efficiency, transparency, and risk management. I have also led the development and adoption of cutting-edge technologies, such as digital twins, AI, and augmented reality, that have enabled us to create and deliver complex and challenging projects for our clients and stakeholders.
