A key project included undergoing a major upgrade of the existing WebPay solution which includes look & feel; secure server hosting and ensuring the system meets WCAG 2.2 AA standards. With having prior experience working on a project with DEFRA where the Gov.UK design system was mandatory and Civica internal design system is based on WCAG. In addition, introducing server-side programming to ensure real-time validation takes place to avoid the end user from undergoing the necessary tasks before the error is reported upon submission. Lead a team of WCAG developers to ensure on how to make CivicaPay more accessible both on the front-end and code and conducting interviews with internal UX designers and stakeholders to assess the impact of having an accessible page. Fixing bugs which leads to runtime/semantic errors.
