I am an Associate Salesforce Administrator at Insider Intelligence, a leading provider of digital media, technology, and marketing intelligence. I graduated from State University of New York College at Oswego with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management in May 2022. My core competencies include customer relationship management (CRM), account mapping, CRM databases, data analysis, and reporting. I provide system administration support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments, including customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, page layouts/views, workflows/processes, and data management. I also assist with triaging live production support matters and resolving escalated user issues within defined SLAs for the CRM support desk. Additionally, I create and support the development of reports and dashboards to drive business improvements and serve as a liaison between CRM end users and the Business Applications team. I am motivated by the opportunity to leverage my CRM and data management skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and marketing operations at Insider Intelligence.
