As a Global Creative Project Designer, I get to play a crucial role in shaping the learning experiences of our sales and technical teams worldwide. It’s my job to develop graphics, marketing collateral, web applications, digital sales tools, and digital marketing solutions. I love creating comprehensive training materials, courses, and curriculum content that empower our sales professionals to excel and be leaders when conducting training. I get to collaborate closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to create impactful learning solutions tailored to a global audience. I always aim to design materials that increase sales, profit, market share and customer satisfaction. I also enjoy providing creative input for existing, new and revised products and solutions. It’s a challenging role, but it’s also incredibly rewarding!
