About Kasey Eckstein
Kasey is a well-known and respected Maritime Industry Professional with over a decade of successful industry sales and business development experience. She is the President of Eckstein Trade & Transport (\"ET & T) and Eckstein Fleeting Services, as well as the Founder & Executive Director of WIMOs Association. Kasey\'s career in the marine industry began in 2014 when she started selling barge freight at Marquette Transportation. Marquette is a company that Kasey\'s grandfather, Ray Eckstein, founded and she realized that she was given many opportunities that other women in the industry were not. In 2017, Kasey founded WIMOs Association, which is an organization for Women In Maritime Operations. WIMOs works to Educate, Engage and Elevate women working for maritime operators and the organization has almost individual members (275+ member companies) across 33 states and 4 countries. Kasey was the youngest Director to ever sit on the board of the Mississippi Valley Trade & Transport Council and she was a recipient of the Inland Marine Expo\'s 40 Under 40 award in 2018 and recognized as a Top Women in Maritime by Marine Log Magazine in 2021. Kasey also sits on the board of Breakbulk Americas and Businesswomen in Petroleum. Kasey started Eckstein Trade & Transport in 2022, which is a Certified Woman-Owned Small Business, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Texas HUB specializing in Maritime Transportation and Raw Materials Supply. She also launched Eckstein Fleeting Services in 2023, which is an inland barge fleet located in The Greater Corpus Christi, TX Area in Redfish Bay (aka Redfish Bay Fleet).

WIMOs is dedicated to Educating, Engaging and Elevating its members.WIMOs is a networking organization that also gives women opportunities for additional educational training and volunteer work. Members have a wide variety of experience inland and offshore and are in many industries including oil & gas, coal, grain, aggregates, environmental health, and safety. WIMOs has full chapters in Southern Louisiana, Houston and Western Kentucky, as well as seed chapters in the Ohio Valley Region and Pacific Northwest.
